Financing Resilience International Forum – Shaping a resilient future: Unleashing Finance at the Subnational Level

Hosted by the RegionsAdapt initiative, alongside the Regions4 Biodiversity Learning Platform (R4BLP) and the Regions4SDGs Community of Practice, the Financing Resilience International Forum explored opportunities and critical gaps in accessing financial resources for climate and nature. The Forum took place during the Regions4 General Assembly 2024 held between 26-28 June in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil.

The forum had the participation of Regions4 members and partners: Congope, the Governments of Scotland, Rio de Janeiro, Québec, the Basque Country, Paraná, Campeche, Lombardy and Gauteng. It also included the participation of guest experts from the Green Climate Fund, UNDP BIOFIN Mexico, the World Savings and Retail Banking Institute (WSBI), and CDP Latin America.
