In this community of practice, we will explore the fundamental importance of  the need to align agendas for integrated solutions to respond to the biodiversity and climate crisis and implement the SDGs, and how Subnational Governments are playing, and can continue to play, a key role in the National Biodiversity Strategies and Action Plans (NBSAP), National Adaptation Plans (NAPs), Nationally Determined Contributions (NDC), and Voluntary National Reviews (VNR) processes, notably looking ahead of critical moments in 2024 such as G20, UN Summit of the Future, CBD COP16 andUNFCCC COP29. This will be done by exploring examples of ongoing processes of alignment and integration led by Regions4 members and best practices, with a focus on how these arrangements can be replicated and learned from.
