We are excited to share the latest updates on a key EU initiative: Pathways2Resilience (P2R), a project in which Regions4 is a partner and is supporting efforts.

The second call for applications has been open since the 15th of May and will close on the 20th of August 2025. 61 new subgrantees will be selected for the P2R portfolio, receiving financial support of (up to) 210,000€, along with a capacity-building program on the P2R frameworks for a total of 18 months of support.

Pathways2Resilience will be selecting applicants based on their vulnerability and diversity to reach a representative portfolio of 100 European regions working towards climate adaptation in each of their unique contexts.

Pathways2Resilience aims to support at least 100 European regions and communities in developing transformational adaptation pathways by 2030. The project provides technical, strategic, and financial assistance to help local and regional authorities co-create and implement climate resilience strategies and investment plans.
